The first piece is free and takes no card
The first piece a student asks for is written free, drafted to that student's own week and delivered before payment enters the conversation. No card is taken, no trial quietly turns into a charge, and nothing renews while you are not looking. If the writing is poor you walk away having spent the minute it took to paste a set of instructions.
Rework until every scored row is answered
If a delivered piece leaves something in your grading table unanswered, it goes back to the writer and returns fixed at no charge. There is no round limit while it remains the same deliverable, and the boundary is scope rather than count: rework covers what you ordered, while a new direction is new work and is quoted fresh.
On the competency based track the same rule reads differently and matters more. A competency marked NM is not a lost point to be averaged away, it is a requirement still standing, so forward the marker's comments and the rewrite aims at exactly what was named.
The date on the quote is the real one
A date is fixed only after somebody has read the deliverable, and it is fixed to be met rather than to win the order. Where your deadline cannot be met, you hear so before accepting rather than on the evening it falls due. On the rare occasion a delivery slips because of something on this side, the piece moves to a senior writer at no cost and the fee is adjusted without you needing to push for it.
When the brief moves underneath you
Instructors change requirements mid week, and it is not the student's fault when they do. Where a change lands before drafting starts, the scope is reset at no cost. Where it lands mid draft, the affected sections are rewritten and only genuinely new work is quoted again, which is normally far less than the whole piece.
The same holds when a classroom turns out to differ from what was described at intake. The document follows the classroom, because the classroom is the thing being marked.
Written for you, checked before it ships
Each deliverable is built from the materials you sent and passes an originality check before it goes out, with the report there for the asking. No work is recycled from one student to another, and nothing written for a student is published on this site. Two people sitting in the same five week course end up holding documents with nothing in common, which matters far more than it sounds like it should.
Confidentiality is built in
The writer on your order sees a course code, a week number and a first name. Your school hears from nobody here, delivery never goes to an institutional address, and no login is asked for, since the desk would have nothing to do with one. Records are purged on cycle, and on request, each confirmed in writing, with the detail set out in the privacy policy.
What is deliberately not promised
A specific grade or competency mark. Any result on a timed or proctored assessment, which this desk does not touch. Anything that would put a person in your place inside a university system, or that would attest to clinical hours, practicum contact or residency attendance you did not complete. Those limits are real rather than decorative, and a desk promising past them would be lying at the exact moment you were most inclined to believe it. Everything else is available at a flat figure.

Questions students ask first
Can a specific competency mark be promised?
That is not something anyone here can offer. MA, ME and NM are handed out by the person marking your work, and nobody on this desk has met them. What is promised is that anything marked as unmet is rewritten free until the requirement is answered in plain sight.
Is there a clock on asking for rework?
There is no clock on it. Instructor feedback can take days to surface, and expiring a promise before the feedback exists would be absurd, so send comments through whenever they arrive.
Is the piece that costs nothing held to a lower standard?
Not in any respect. It clears the same rubric audit, the same format pass and the same originality check, and it is reworked on the same terms. The single difference is that nobody pays for it.
Could an order here ever be traced back to me?
Nothing on this side would allow it. The school hears nothing, delivery lands at whatever personal address you name, and records go on request. What happens once a file reaches you sits outside anyone's control here, which is why the terms are written the way they are.
Delivery slipped and my week closed. Where does that leave me?
Say so immediately. Where the fault is the desk's, the fee is adjusted without an argument and the piece is escalated. Where a date was already unreachable when you sent it, you were told so before accepting and that message is on the record.
